Ages 2 - 3 | Where the Ballers journey begins
Baby Ballers is the discovery stage of our Ballers pathway, a fun and exciting introduction to football, movement and learning for our youngest Ballers. Built around our PLAY • LEARN • BALL methodology, every session combines three important elements:
Fun themed, imaginative activities that keep Baby Ballers moving, exploring and smiling.
Developing confidence, coordination, listening and social skills through age-appropriate activities.
Introducing the football, encouraging those first touches and helping children become comfortable with a ball at their feet.
At this age, it’s not about perfect technique. It’s about discovering the game, building confidence and creating a love for football from the very beginning.
The first little step towards becoming a Baller.
Ages 4 - 6 | Yalla — Let’s Go!
Yalla Ballers is the fundamentals stage of our Ballers pathway where our young Ballers take the next step and begin building the foundations of their football journey. Built around the perfect combination of PLAY,SKILLS and GAMES, every session brings together three important elements:
Keeping football fun, energetic and engaging while encouraging confidence and creativity.
Building strong football foundations through dribbling, passing, ball mastery, movement and coordination.
Bringing those skills to life through small-sided games, challenges and plenty of time on the ball.
Yalla means “Let’s Go!” and that’s exactly what this stage is about.
Our Ballers begin developing their football skills, confidence and understanding of the game, while still having the freedom to play, learn and enjoy themselves.
The foundations are built. The Baller starts to grow.
Ages 7–16 | Develop Your Game
Our Development School is the development stage of the Ballers pathway. A grassroots football programme designed for players to develop their skills, confidence, teamwork and understanding of the game.
Our sessions focus on three key areas:
Developing technical ability, ball mastery, passing, dribbling and decision-making.
Learning how to play together, communicate and understand different roles within the game.
Putting development into practice through regular competitive football and real match experiences.
Training is only part of the journey. We believe players need opportunities to learn, compete and express themselves in matches.
Every player who joins our Development School will take part in the Junior Premier League (JPL) — Qatar’s leading grassroots youth football league giving our Ballers regular match exposure alongside their weekly development.
Train. Develop. Compete. Become a Baller.
Ages 7–16 | Changing the Game
Our Girls Only Football programme is built with one clear ambition, to help change the game for girls football in Qatar and create more opportunities for girls to play, develop and compete.
Building technical ability, confidence and a strong understanding of the game.
Creating a positive, supportive environment where every girl feels comfortable, confident and part of the team.
Providing opportunities to experience matches, competition and put their development into action.
We want girls to have more opportunities, more pathways and more reasons to stay in the game.
Whether picking up a football for the first time or looking to take their game further, every player has a place to grow.
More than a programme. Let’s change the game.
Football With Purpose
The Ballers Foundation is our way of giving back to the community, using football to create opportunities, bring people together and make a positive difference beyond the pitch.
Our Foundation is built around:
Giving back through community events, school partnerships and initiatives that make football more accessible.
Creating opportunities for people to give their time, gain experience and make a difference through football.
Our inclusive football programme offering free sessions for children with additional needs, including autistic children, in a welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to play, belong and enjoy the game.
For us, being part of the community means giving something back to it.
Through the Ballers Foundation, we want to open doors, create opportunities and make sure football has a place for everyone.
One community. One game. ALL BALL.
Every Birthday Baller deserves a day to remember!
Whether they love football, multi-sports or a bit of everything, we’ll create an action-packed birthday experience built around what your child loves.
